Amazon Prime Day is today, and across the country people are getting their holiday shopping done early this year. And while you can’t order Maine camp on Amazon, or have it delivered to your front door, we think the gift of camp is one of the best gifts a parent or grandparent can give.
A summer at Maine camp might not be a conventional holiday present, but we at MCE think that camp is the best— and longest-lasting— gift a parent or grandparent could give to their children. Camp teaches our kids to be independent, resilient, confident, adventurous, and of course, gives them a summer of fun in one of the most beautiful spots in the country.
