I knew my daughter would be a true camper once she got over her fear of going but the experience she had at Somerset exceeded our every expectation. My daughter truly became the best version of herself at camp and that is something we will be forever grateful for. Somerset is just magic. I have no specific words or cannot describe their exact formula but when magic happens, greatness ensues. It was a home run, a slam dunk and then some!! |

I don't know where to start with how pleased we were with our daughter's experience. She had the best time and gained some independence. The communication from Josh and Kate was wonderful. Keep up the good work! |

The idea of having our daughter go to overnight camp was always exciting. The idea of having our daughter enjoy the beauty of Maine in a safe, friendly, inspiring, camp-setting is coming to fruition, because of Josh and Kate! The reality of my daughter going to Somerset is so comfortable and exciting for us because we know every detail of each day has been thoroughly planned by them. They have gone beyond what we had ever hoped for in a camp. We couldn't be happier or more confident with these 2 and their staff taking care of our daughter and giving her this experience! Yeah, Somerset 2018! |

It's rare to find everything you want in a camp for your daughter. Camp Somerset has done it! Smart, energetic, warm/sincere directors. A mission to empower, encourage, and inspire girls. Beautiful lakefront. High-quality, clean, and safe facilities. Flexibility of schedule. Nice, friendly, active girls. Traditional sports, outdoor adventure and leisure activities. Go Somerset! |

I can't think of a better duo of Directors to define the values, program, and future of a new camp. Kate and Josh's passion and enthusiasm can be seen in every piece of communication, the building designs, and the way they've already begun to blend new ideas with old traditions. Starting fresh provides such a unique opportunity to do it the way it should be done, rather than the way it always has been done. My daughter can't wait to be part of the very first summer and many more to come. |
